由李金发的《弃妇》诗谈古今文学的关联

以 1917年为起点而形成的中国新文学 ,尽管从西方文学中吸取了大量的营养 ,但仍然是从中国传统文学的基础上发展起来的。只是新文学的生命在于创新 ,而不在对传统的回归。本文以李金发的《弃妇》诗为例 ,指出新诗与传统诗歌之间的关联 ,以及对古今文学演变作贯通性研究的重要性。

On the Relationship of Chinese Literature from Ancient to Modern Times Exemplified by Li Jinfa's poem "Deserted Wife"

Although greatly influenced by the Western literature, the development of the Chinese "new literature" that came into being after 1917 was still based on the traditional Chinese literature. The vitality of the Chinese "new literature", however, did not lie in its turning back to the traditional Chinese literature, but in the constant bringing forth of new ideas. Taking Li Jingfa's poem "Deserted Wife" as an example, the article illustrates the relationship between the new form of poem (free verse written in the vernacular) and the traditional Chinese poetry, and the importance to research connectively the evolution of Chinese literature from ancient to modern times as a whole.
