增强高校工会服务效能的探索

高校工会是党领导下的教职工群众组织。它以维护党的利益和教职工合法权益为宗旨，以实现校园和谐稳定，促进教学科研的发展为目标。本文从加强党对高校工会工作的领导和指导、完善高校工会组织机构和职能建设、积极开发和构建高校工会活动的内容和载体等方面展开论述，结合多年工会工作实践及体会，探讨增强高校工会服务效能的方法和途径，为做好高校工会工作提供有益探索和参考借鉴。

Enhance Service Effectiveness of the Union at Universities

The union at universities is the mass organization of university faculty under the leadership of the Party. It is to safeguard the party＇s interests and the legitimate rights and interests of faculty members for the purpose, in order to achieve harmony and stability on campus to promote the development of teaching and research as the goal. In this paper, union work in colleges and universities to strengthen the party＇s leadership and guidance to improve the trade union organization and functions of the university bui.lding, colleges and universities to actively develop and build the content and carrier of the union activities in such areas as discussed, combined with many years of practice .and experience of the union work, the writer discusses ways to strengthen union college services, the effectiveness of ways and means of union work for colleges and provides a useful reference to explore and learn.
