| 摘 要： | 服务行政已经成为21世纪政府行政的基本理念。而行政服务中心作为地方政府在治理模式上的重要创新，是我国对服务行政理念的积极回应，也是为了适应变化了的中国社会的需要。为此，在推进我国行政服务中心建设中应转变观念，健全制度，强化服务手段，严格监督管理。

| Abstract: | The service administrative has become the basic philosophy of administration in the 21st century. While administrative service center as a important innovation of the governance model of the local government is Chinese positive response to the philosophy of service administrative, it is also adapted to the changing needs of the Chinese society. Therefore, in the process of pushing forward our country administrative service centre construction, we should change concept, perfect system, intensify service means and enhance supervision. |
