| 摘 要： | 东北地区民间金融,尤其是农村民间借贷市场日趋活跃,对东北地区经济的快速发展发挥了越来越重要的作用.同时,民间金融也会对东北地区经济的安全与稳定产生一定的消极影响.笔者对东北地区民间金融产生和发展的原因、现状及存在的问题进行了深入的剖析,并为东北地区民间金融健康有序地发展提出了有针对性的政策建议.
