哲学的最高范式转换与信息哲学基础理论建构

“存在领域的划分”是哲学的最高范式。“存在＝物质＋精神”是传统哲学的立论之基。由于信息哲学重新划分了存在领域：“存在＝物质＋信息”,所以,信息哲学实现了人类哲学的第一次根本转向,由此也确立了信息哲学的元哲学或最高哲学的性质。中国信息哲学从20世纪80年代初创立以来,已经走过了40多年的历程,形成了自己独特而系统的理论,主要表现为9个方面。一是信息本体论：一种关于物质和信息双重存在的全新存在论学说;二是信息演化论：一种关于物质形态和信息形态双重演化的理论;三是信息认识论：一种关于人的认识发生的多维中介建构与虚拟的学说;四是人的全面本质论：一种关于人的本质的多维综合生成和创造性建构的学说;五是信息价值论：一种能够兼容物质价值和信息价值的全新价值学说;六是社会信息论：一种关于社会性质和社会进化方式的新理论;七是信息生产论：对人类实践和生产活动本质的新认识;八是信息思维论：一种关于科学与哲学思维方式变革的理论;九是统一信息科学论：一种关于“科学的信息科学化”的当代科学发展的理论。

The Prime Paradigm of Philosophy and the Basic Theory of Information Philosophy

The division of the realm of existence is the most basic study field of philosophy. "Being=matter+spirit" is the foundation of traditional philosophy. Because the philosophy of information has redefined the realm of existence:"existence=matter+information", the philosophy of information has realized the first fundamental turn of human philosophy. Therefore, the philosophy of information has become a meta-philosophy or supreme philosophy. Since the research of Chinese information philosophy was founded in the early 1980s, it has gone through more than 40 years and formed its own unique and systematic theory, which can be summarized in nine aspects:information ontology:a new ontological theory about the dual existence of matter and information; information evolution theory:a theory about the dual evolution of material form and informational form; information epistemology:a theory of multi-dimensional and intermediary construction and virtualization of human cognition; the overall essentiality of man:a theory of multi-dimensional and comprehensive generation and creative construction of human essence; information value theory:a new value theory that contains material value and informational value; social information theory:a new theory on social nature and social evolution; information production theory:a new understanding on the essence of human practice and production activities; information thinking theory:a theory about the transformation of thinking mode of science and philosophy; the theory of unified information science:a theory of contemporary scientific development about "the informationalization of science".
