| 摘 要： | 信息时代,图书馆必须向学习型图书馆转型,图书馆员的信息素质必须得到增强。在培养馆员的信息素质的过程中,应确定培养目标,制定继续教育计划,采取灵活多样的学习培训方式,并建立相应的激励机制。
