| Abstract: | British State Earnings Related Pension is a feature of British welfare system, which was born in the Game be-tween the Labor Party and Conservative Party. It has been transforming with the change of economic situation and the social political environment. Although it will be eventually cancelled, its value in the history of security system is per-manent, and everlasting. |
