| 摘 要： | 从组织的视角对产业价值链的生成机理、组织特性及其治理进行了较为详细地分析和研究。认为，产业价值链已逐渐发展成为新型的生产组织方式，价值链上各企业拥有的资源不同，对其增值的贡献就不同。权力的分布取决于资源的分布，产业价值链上权力分布非对称。拥有核心资源的企业掌握产业价值链上的主要控制权和剩余索取权，各企业拥有资源的变化会导致权利结构的改变。

| Abstract: | This paper makes a detailed analysis and research on the formationmechanism, organization characteristics and governance of industry value chain from the perspective of the organization. The paper puts forward the following ideas ：industry value chain has gradually developed into a new production organizational mode, and the enterprises have different contribution to value -added because of the different resources possession. The distributing of power depends on that of resource. Power of industry value chain is asymmetrical. The core resources possession enterprise can hold controlling power and surplus demanding power. The resources possession change will lead to the alteration of the power structure. |
