| 摘 要： | 经济的增长使我们需要从关注资本和劳动生产率到关注资源的生态效率。发展以生态效率为本质的循环经济，提高生态效率有助于减缓经济增长中出现的环境问题，以使经济环境可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Economic growth makes us shift our attention to from capital productivity and labor productivity to the eco-efficiency of resource.This paper stresses the development of circular economy can make the econornic evironment which takes eco-efficiency as its essence,the improvement of ecoefficienly helps to slow down the environmental problem in the economic growth. |
