| 摘 要： | 经济发展与环境污染相伴而行。在建筑重点工程建设中不可避免地对环境造成一定的破坏。运用博弈论基本原理，从施工企业和监管部门双方的利益入手，分析二者“治理”与“监察”的策略选择，提出了重点工程建设中污染治理的激励机制和两条可行的治理途径。

| Abstract: | The economic development goes along with the pollution of the environment. The construction firm pollutes the regional environment without doubt during the construction of the main construction project, This paper begins with the revenue of the construction enterprises and the supervise department during the main construction project firstly, and then analyzes the mutual strategies with the game theory, the incentive mechanics and the two possible ways to cope with the environment protection have been pointed out finally. |
