女大学生是先进文化的传承者，她们能否适应社会需求并成为推动男女平等、共创和谐社会的主要力量，高等教育起着重要的作用。当前，女大学生走向社会呈现出的诸多不适与高等院校在女性教育方面的滞后，不能满足女大学生全面成长有着一定的关系，高等教育必须努力探索针对女大学生终身发展的新途径，只要我们为女大学生成才拓展宽广的教育空间，女大学生走向社会必将获得新的更好的发展前景。

Probe on ways to develop the social adaptability of female college students

Higher education plays a significant role in deciding whether female college students, who are important undertakers and spreaders of advanced culture, will be able to adjust themselves to meet the challenges of the ever changing society, and thus become a major force in promoting equality between men and women, and together with their male counterparts, helping to create a harmonious society. However, the inadaptability of many female college students is manifested in many ways, the unfortunate results of institutions of higher education＇s sluggishness in female education and the deficiency in meeting the demands of their all-round development.Therefore, strenuous efforts must be made on the part of institutions of higher education to explore new ways to cater to their life-long development.Once the road has been paved and expanded by means of education, female college students will find themselves readily adaptable to the society upon education and able to enjoy new and better prospects in life.
