| 摘 要： | 现代化首先是制度现代化 ,考察我国现代化进程不难发现腐败已经成为我国现代化的最大障碍。而腐败历来与权力有着必然的联系 ,权力腐败的产生是权力异化的结果。权力本身是一把“双刃剑” ,其自身的特点内含着异化的可能 ,当前经济、政治体制的不完善等诸多因素为权力异化提供了现实的社会条件 ,必须从制度建设、政治文化等方面对腐败进行遏制

| Abstract: | Modernization first means the system modernization. Examining the process of our country's modernization,we can easily find out that corruption has become the largest obstacle to our county's modernization. Corruption has always been related to power. The emergence of power corruption is the result of power dissimilation. Power itself is a two-edged sword,but its own characteristic contains the possibility of dissimilation. The imperfection of the present economy and politics system is the practical social factor of power dissimilation,so the construction of system and political culture must be carried on to restrain corruption. |
