| 摘 要： | 质量是工程建设的生命线,是工程建设的核心.但我们的建设工程质量主要存在着有法不依,执法不严,违反建设程序办事,建筑市场管理混乱,工程监理不力,建筑原料不合格等问题,我们政府主管部门必须加大工程质量管理的力度,严格遵守建设程序,有法必依,执法必严,认真抓好建筑材料准用制度,从根本上保证工程质量优良,确保国家财产和人民生命的安全.

| Abstract: | Quality is the lifeline and nucleus of project building,but problens still exist such as lenient obedience and even violation of the regulations, the distorted buiding procedure, ineffecient market management, the ineffective supervision measures, and the unqualified building materials. To solve these problems, emphases should be laid on quality management, strict following of the building procedure, and of the law, and the licence of building materials. Only in this way can projiect qualified ensured and state properties and people's lives made secure. |
