| 摘 要： | 法治理念是随着历史的推演而逐渐清晰的，法治在世界各国的鲜活实践不断地充实着法治理念的内涵。不同文化域的法治理念，总是不同文化域的知识类型的反映，有其不同的历史传统、民族性格等特征。中国社会主义法治理念是在继承中华古代法制文明基础上。借鉴英国自由法治理念、德国公正法治国理念的最新成果。
