高性能窑车托板材料的研制

摘    要:介绍了一种用磷酸盐作粘结剂,粘土熟料、矾土熟料为骨料,用适量添加剂,经低温处理得到的托板材料。该材料耐压强度>50 MPa,导热系数<0.6 W/m·k,抗热震性>150次,成本约为目前窑具材料的二分之一。

Abstract:In this paper the kiln furniture which was treated by low temperature,using phosphate as binding agent,calcined clay and argil as aggregate was studied. The material's crushing strength > 50 Mpa,coefficient of heat conductivity < 0. 6 W/m K,resistance to thermal shok > 150. compared with the ordinary kiln furniture,this material has long service life,but its cost is only half of the ordinary material. It can be recommended to be used in Ceramic and Metallurgy industries as the kiln furniture.
