| Abstract: | Electronic government services have shown many aspects of economic functions. For instance, government purchase will directly flourish the market. And Electronic government services can facilitate the application of information technology and the advancement of information industry. Electronic government service in fact is adapted to the development of economic globalization as a reply to the challenges from China's entry to WTO. E-business and the development of the small and medium enterprises in Chinacan also be streng- thened with the development of e-government services. |
