| 摘 要： | 统筹城乡发展没有固定的模式,各地区应依据一定的原则,结合当地的实际情况选择最适宜的发展模式。重庆和四川适合城乡网络化发展模式;陕西、甘肃和宁夏适合以城带乡与城乡网络化相结合的发展模式;青海和新疆适合多级中心,梯次辐射的以城带乡模式;贵州和云南适合中等城市优先发展的模式;西藏适合强源固点、发展轴线的点轴开发模式。
