| 摘 要： | 近年来农民工劳动权益纠纷不断,农民工的劳动权益保护问题逐渐成为全社会关注的焦点。农民工劳动权益包含劳动权、报酬权、职业安全保护权、社会保障权、休息权等基本权利,农民工劳动权益受损有农民工缺乏法律常识和维权意识等自身的原因,也有法律法规不完善、用人单位不守法、城乡分割的二元体制等社会原因。提出完善保护农民工劳动权益的法律法规,加大法律法规的执法及监察力度,深化二元户籍制度改革,提高农民工的基本素质等途径,切实保障农民工合法劳动权益,促进社会和谐发展。
