| 摘 要： | 新增长理论对知识和技术的推崇,使得学者们开始关注知识溢出对于跨国企业选址的影响。在对知识溢出影响跨国企业选址的各因素进行分析的基础上,运用2002-2008年间中国各省市的面板数据验证了知识溢出因素与跨国企业选址之间的关系。研究表明,一个地区的专利数越多、人力资本越多、FDI集聚程度越高,对于跨国企业的吸引力也就越大;FDI集聚程度的差异是造成东中西FDI分布不均的重要原因。
