| 摘 要： | 政治以利益关系为主题,政治的善是利益关系的某种均衡,它以利益差异的存在为前提,平等地对待具有不同观点和利益的人们,允许他们表达自己的诉求,并将善的政治决策体现落实在制度中。政治善的行为主体、行为对象、决策依据、实施手段和评价尺度与道德不同,道德上可嘉的人有可能将美好的东西撕碎,道德上可指责的人有可能促进社会福利的增加。
