| 摘 要： | 目前我国政府采购法监督制度存在预防性监督机制薄弱,充分、合理监督的程度低下,积极监督功能弱化,立体性监督机制缺乏等问题。需要以增强预防性监督机制,提高监督的机能,强化积极监督功能,建立立体性监督的机制来对政府采购法监督制度加以完善。

| Abstract: | The article identifies a number of problems with China's present legal system in supervision of government procurement.Among other things,the present legal framework suffers from weak preventive mechanism,lack of sufficient and effective performance,of proactive executive power,as well as of multi-dimensional monitoring.The article then proceeds to offer recommendations for improvements in these respects. |
