| 摘 要： | 非正规学前教育是以无法接受正规学前教育的0-6岁儿童为对象，根据儿童的需求来确定教育的内容和形式，运用环境中一切资源，为其提供有组织、有系统的教育性活动。它在组织管理、教育对象、教育内容和形式、教育成本等方面都体现出独特之处。目前，非正规学前教育已经广泛开展，成为学前教育事业发展的重要组成部分。但在某些地方非正规学前教育的发展却面临许多困境，需要相关管理部门能逐渐形成正确认识、转变职能、协调配和，为非正规学前教育创造有利的发展环境。

| Abstract: | The nonformula preschool education is a kind of systematical education activity which built for 0-6 year-old children unable to receive formal education.And there are some characteristics in its management,education objects,pedagogy,education cost,and etc.At present the nonformula preschool education has already been an important part of preschool education.But in practice the development of nonformula preschool education is facing many difficulties;it needs the government's help to create a favorable developing environment. |
