| 摘 要： | 社会公平正义问题,在当今时代,是最能体现以人为本的思想和终极关怀的人文精神的,然而,关于什么正义？正义的本质是什么？历史上,由于不同的社会阶级、社会阶层所处的地位和经济关系不同,对社会正义的理解也就不同。社会主义和谐社会的公平正义,是社会主义核心价值体系的重要组成部分,本质上是指在社会主义条件下,每一个人都有平等权利,都享有最广泛的基本政治、民主和自由的权利;都有按照社会主义分配原则,享有公平分配劳动成果的权利。

| Abstract: | Social fairness and justice,in the contemporary society,is the key point concerned with the principle of people-oriented and humanism concerned by everyone.Then,what is justice？ And what is the nature of justice？ In history,different classes and social status hold different views to social justice,because of their different social position and different economic relationship.Fairness and justice in a harmonious socialist society is a very important factor in social core value system.Generally,under socialist condition,all the people have equal rights,and enjoy,to the greatest extent,the basic political,democratic and freedom rights.They have the right to follow socialist distribution principle and get the working products fairly. |
