上海大型居住社区居民自治研究——以松江新凯家园社区为例

我国城市社区居民自治是城市居民当家作主，推动城市社区建设的内在要求。根据上海郊区大型居住社区居民自治的现状和特殊情况，当前，要在引导居民参与社区事务，提升社区自治组织治理能力的同时，加强各类社区组织的建设，继续加深社区居民的社区认同，促进社区融合，从而更好地推动社区自治的自我完善和自我发展。

A Research on Resident Self-governance of Large Communities in Shanghai

Community autonomy is an intrinsic requirement to ensure urban residents~ self-governance and promote community construction. Therefore, to realize self-improvement and self-development, people should be encouraged to participate in community affairs in order to enhance their self governance. In addi- tion, various community-based organizations should be established, community consciousness deepened, and community integration irhproved.
