转型时期农村外出务工人员的乡村人际关系探析

随着我国改革开放的深入,农村外出务工人口增多。他们在市场经济和城市文化的影响下,价值观念发生变化,导致他们的人际交往趋于功利化、工具化、淡漠化。着重探讨了外出务工人员与家乡原有人际关系的变化,从亲缘关系和地缘关系两个方面描述了他们的人际关系现状,从社会流动、社会分层、文化道德衰落、价值观念的改变等方面分析了其变化的原因,提出了改善他们与原有乡村人际关系的建议。

Analysis of Rural Migrant Workers’Rural Interpersonal Relationship in the Social Transition Period

With the increase of the rural migrant population in China’s reform and opening up,the inter-personal relationship of rural migrant workers tends to be utilitarian,tooling and indifferent.This paper focuses on the change of interpersonal relationship between migrant works and their fellow-villagers,il-lustrates their current relations from the aspects of kinship and geopolitical relations,and finally puts for-ward suggestions of improving the relationships with their original fellow-villagers by analyzing the rea-sons for the change from social mobility,social stratification,cultural and moral decline,changing values, etc.
