| 摘 要： | 证人出庭作证制度因《刑事诉讼法》的修改,已在我国初步建立。但当前我国证人出庭作证制度仍存在一些问题,这些问题是由立法、司法和法律文化传统等多方面因素导致的,需要采取不同的措施予以完善和解决。
