| Abstract: | The Shield Dancing of Yongxin County,Jiangxi Province is a kind of men's dance with a long history in the Han Nationality.The different legends on its origin produce a special cultural glamour with public as well as clan identity.The dancing shows a perfect combination of the power and beauty.However,under the impact of modernization,the situation of the Shield Dancing,which is not too optimistic,is in urgent need of relevant measures for inheritance and protection. |
