| 摘 要： | 我国古代社会一直存在有祭厉与施孤习俗,这一祭祀制度与民间习俗,蕴含着对无辜夭折者的人文关怀或终极关怀,对涵养整个社会的仁孝之心、慈善风气,具有显著作用,并且与今天倡导的"以人为本"、"人文关怀"、"关怀弱者"、"人权"等精神在本质上是一致的,具有很强的现实意义.

| Abstract: | Practices of offering sacrifice to the ferocious and drifting ghosts had always existed in ancient China.Those rituals and folk customs symbolized the ancient people's humane solicitude or ultimate concern to those sinless deaths,which played a noticeable function in cultivating the filial mind and charitable air of the whole society.Since in nature conforming to the spirits of people foremost,humane solicitude,concerning the weak and human right proposed today,they have strong realistic significance. |
