探讨能力素质模型在e-HR系统的应用

摘    要:如何识人、用人、培养人是一个长期困扰企业的难题.能力素质模型可以较好的解决这个难题,但它设计与使用的复杂性和高启的成本妨碍了进一步的推广.e-HR系统与能力素质模型相结合可以较好的弥补彼此的缺陷.为此,本文设计了将模型融入e-HR系统的方案,并初步介绍方案可以实现的功能.

Abstract:How to choose competent employees and then to develop them to their full potential has been puzzling problem in the business sectors for long. Competency model proves to be an effective tool in dealing with this problem. However, the complexity and soaring cost it follows has obviously prevented the model from more comprehensive application. Fortunately, e-HR system and competency model can perfectly offset each other's weaknesses. Therefore, the present paper tries to design a plan to integrate competency model into e-HR system, and then explain the functions that it can produce.
