| 摘 要： | 目前,我国的“引咎辞职”制在实践中存在着一些偏差,主要原因是理论认识不很明确。因此,要完善我国的“引咎辞职”制,就必须把一些理论认识问题弄清楚,特别是弄清楚其中的对象、出路等问题,更具有重要的现实意义。
