| 摘 要： | 转基因农作物产业化的过程其实质就是利益生产和利益分配的过程。在转基因农作物产业化的过程中,需要法律制度对利益生产和利益分配进行理性规制和引导,使现代生物技术的产业化运用造福于人类。在多维视野下对利益平衡基本原理进行解构,实现转基因农作物产业化中多元利益的理性分配,树立转基因农作物产业化利益平衡理念,是推动科技理性科学发展、构建和谐社会的基石。

| Abstract: | The industrialization of GM crops is practically a process of benefit producing and distribution. Legal systems will play important role in regulating and guiding the process in order to guarantee the biotech industry benefiting mankind. Reasonable distribution in the process of GM crops industrialization would be realized by applying the basic laws of benefit balance, which not only could spur on the rational and scientific development of technology, but also the foundation of constructing a harmonious society. |
