| 摘 要： | 农民收入问题是经济工作的重点和难点。产生中国农民收入问题的直接原因是农业劳动生产率太低;深层原因是农业人口太多,人均耕地面积太少。解决问题的办法是制定适当的政策,使农业劳动力转移到工业和第三产业,减少农业人口,提高农业劳动生产率。

| Abstract: | The problem of peasant's income is the key to economic work and difficulty of that.It is held that the direct reason of low income of peasant is the low producing efficiency of labor,and the deep reason of that is that the peasant population is so dense and the land is so scarce.Proper measures must be taken to transfer peasant into the second industry and the third industry in order to reduce number of peasant. |
