社会主义政治文化随着或者先于社会的变化而变化。“入世”既为我国的政治文化提供了发展的机遇，又向我国的政治文化提出了挑战。为此，我们应改进政治观念，转变政府职能，改革政府文化；完备法律体系，弘扬法律文化；塑造新的企业政治文化。完善发展我国的社会主义政治文化，更好地服务于我国的经济文化建设和社会的发展进步。
