| 摘 要： | 文章回顾了区域不平衡发展的历史和理论,考察了追赶式发展的成功范例,指出具备-定的物质技术基础、恰逢科技革命和国际产业结构调整时期、用好后发优势,以及把握好发展的时代特征,是成功实现追赶式发展的重要前提.这也是西部大开发应该吸取的历史经验.

| Abstract: | After reviewing the history and theories of regional unbalanced development and examples of catching-up development, the paper points out that catching-up development is conditioned by a certain material and technical basis, a period of technical revolution and transformation of industrial structure, good use of the advantage of backwardness and following the current development trend. We should keep this in mind in the course of development of West China. |
