连云港海洋文化资源开发利用研究

连云港海洋文化发生于特定的历史环境，既有海洋文化的共同特征，又有其鲜明的地域色彩，其文化底蕴深厚，山海景观奇特，海洋产业初具规模，海洋民俗文化丰富多彩成为连云港海洋文化独特资源。但是连云港海洋文化在发展中也存在着一些滞后因素，即滞后的民俗民风影响海洋文化的创新，陆地文化的渗透束缚海洋文化发展，自然环境的局限影响海洋资源的开发。要加快连云港海洋文化建设，实现海洋文化与城市经济的融合，就必须增强海洋文化意识，提升连云港城市精神；深度开发海洋资源，推进连云港港口经济发展；依托海洋文化资源，发展连云港海洋旅游事业；加快海滨城市建设，培育海洋文化人才。
