| 摘 要： | 本文对近年来我国社会上出现的各类服务活动进行了较为详细的考察 ,并根据其“方便民众 ,服务社会”的共同特征将它们界定、统称为“社会服务”。文章指出 ,社会服务体现出我国全面建设小康社会的内在要求 ,具有维护社会安定、提高民众生活质量的时代意义和历史价值。

| Abstract: | This paper surveys all the services in the society of China and calls them "social services"according to their common characteristics: convenience for the people and serving the society. Social services represent the inner demands of well-off society and possess the great significance and historic value of keeping social security and improving people's living standards. In addition, this paper gives an active exploration to their developing rules. |
