| 摘 要： | 中国正处于工业化发展过程中,转换经济发展方式,走低碳发展道路,构建低碳经济发展机制,是中国政府的战略选择。从低碳能源技术开发机制、生态环境补偿机制、低碳产品认证体系、碳排放约束机制4个方面研究中国低碳经济发展机制的构建。
