高校农村籍贫困生教育救助问题研究——基于教育公平的视角

随着我国高等教育的大发展,高校农村籍贫困生群体迅速增大。从教育公平的视角来考察,高校农村籍贫困生接受高等教育与他人相比处于劣势,不公平现象较为明显。为促进高等教育公平,保障高等教育机会均等,最现实最有效的措施便是对高校农村籍贫困生实施教育救助。当前,高校农村籍贫困生教育救助在救助观念、救助政策、救助内容、救助方式和救助资金等方面,均存在不同程度的问题。转变救助观念、完善救助政策、拓展救助内容、改革救助方式和筹措救助资金不失为提升高校农村籍贫困生教育救助效果、促进教育公平的主要措施。

Study on Problems of Educational Assistance to Poor College Students from Rural Area——Based on the Perspective of Educational Fairness

With the great development of our college education, the number of poor college students from rural area is getting larger quickly. From the perspective of fair education, poor college students from rural area are at a disadvantage comparing with other students, and so the unfair phenomena is evident. In order to promote college education fairness, ensure college education equality, the most practical and effective measure is to provide educational assistance to poor college students from rural area. Nowadays there are problems in the notion of educational assistance, the policy of educational assistance, the content of educational assistance, the way of educational assistance and the capital of educational assistance, so the main measures to improve the effect of educational assistance to poor college students from rural area and to promote educational fairness are to change the notion, to perfect the policy, to widen the content, to reform the way and to raise the funds.
