河南省文献信息资源整合与优化配置研究

河南省文献信息资源利用和配置中依然存在着资源分配严重不均、缺乏有效的行政管理、投入力度不够、没有形成资源共建共享的机制等问题。河南省文献信息资源整合与优化配置应注意遵循效益原则、效率原则、公平原则、整体性原则等原则。要迅速改变目前河南省文献信息资源建设无序的状况,成立河南省文献信息资源协调委员会迫在眉睫。

A Study on Literature Information Resource Integration and Optimal Allocation of Henan Province

Based on reviewing of domestic literature information optimal allocation situation and development trend,this paper investigates the literature information resource distribution and utilization situation of Henan province,analyzes the subsistent problem in literature information resource construction,puts forward the rules to govern literature information resource integration and optimal allocation,and conceives the setup and functions of Henan Literature Information Resource Coordination Committee.
