扩大学生有序参与反映学生利益诉求

党的十七大报告指出的“发挥社会组织在扩大群众参与、反映群众诉求方面的积极作用，增强社会自治功能”是新形势下做妩高校共青团工作的最根本的指导原则。高校团学组织要认真思考，不断研究学生有序参与学校发展的形势；要高举中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜，引导大学生树立有序参与学校发展的意识；要不断巩固和拓宽大学生参与学校发展的途径；要不断传递和解决学生各种合法利益诉求，不断完善大学生参与学校发展的机制体制。

Enlarge College Students' Political Participation & Reflect Their Petition of Interest

Hu Jintao＇ s report to the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China shows that： ＂we also encourage social organizations to help expand the participation by the public and report on their petitions to improve the self-governance capability of society＂ . It is the ultimate principle of dealing with the youth affairs by the Chinese Communist Youth League. The college＇ s youth organization should give serious considerations over how to do well under the new circumstances; and hold high the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics; and aid the young for establishing the consciousness of participating the politics orderly; and consolidate and enlarge the way of political participation of college student which is mainly assisting management of school. At last, the college＇ s youth organization also should solve the requirement of students＇ interest or deliver them to the leadership of school. What＇ s more, the youth organization should better the mechanism of the student＇ s participation without interruption.
