| 摘 要： | 通过对健美操在校园“阳光体育运动”中的作用的论述，引导和激励青少年学生积极参与到阳光体育锻炼中去，为新时期阳光体育运动蓬勃开展，充分发挥健美操在满足青少年学生健身关体的心理需求、充实课外体育锻炼内容、丰富校园业余文化生活、全面提高青少年学生健康水平的重要作用。

| Abstract: | The paper expounds on the roles of aerobics in campus sunshine sports movement with a view to instructing and encouraging young students to take an active part in sunshine physical exercises,which in turn helps to push forward the sports movement in the new era.The movement also plays an important role in meeting their psychological need to keep fit,to improve the outclass exercises,enrich the cultural life on campus and improve their health all-sidedly. |
