| Abstract: | Government personnels are the important organizers and promoters of economic and social development in Three-gorges reservoir area.Government personnel development in the reservoir area is important and urgent.This article analyzes the main achievement which the reservoir area's government personnel development obtained and the main existing problem.Based on this analysis,this article proposed guiding ideology and the countermeasure suggestion of the reservoir area's government personnel. |
