社会网络分析法在农转非中的实证研究——以朝阳区南磨房乡为例

农村人口农转非是朝阳区经济社会迅速发展的的必由之路，而基于彼此信任、亲密互动形成的村民之间的关系对朝阳区城市化、农村人口农转非即转工转居至关重要。采用社会网络的方法分别从密度、中心性和凝聚子群三个角度来分析南磨房乡转工转居村民间的关系，找出网络中存在的派系和核心人物，挖掘出团体中个体之间的关系网络的实质，通过指标的测度，试图运用社会网络分析法解决农村人口转工转居中出现的问题。
