| 摘 要： | 人的现代化是社会现代化的核心 ,一个国家要实现现代化 ,首先要实现人的现代化。知识经济条件下 ,社会经济的发展对人的知识、能力和素质提出了更高的要求 ,人的现代化意义进一步凸显。大力发展教育事业 ,培育与知识经济和现代化相适应的全面发展的人 ,是实现人的现代化的关键。
