| 摘 要： | 机动车交通事故的基本责任方式为侵权损害赔偿责任,机动车一方承担侵权损害赔偿责任,基本责任形态为替代责任和自己责任.如果构成共同侵权,则形成连带责任,出现的责任形态是自己责任的连带责任和替代责任的连带责任.应当根据侵权责任形态的基本原理,确定机动车交通事故基本责任形态的一般规则.
