| 摘 要： | 在未来的高科技时代 ,法律将随着生产力的发展而发生重大的变革 :法律的阶级性减弱 ,社会性增强 ;法律规范与其它社会规范渐趋同一 ,世界各国的法律制度也相互渗透或融合 ;法律与客观规律最大限度地相符合 ;法律对科技活动的调控功能显得至关重要。
