| 摘 要： | 过去高校思想政治工作的弊端主要是不尊重学生的个性特点和德育目标与现实的差距太远。因此任在尊重学生个体基础上实现整体政治思想教育工作目标．其具体做法有：改变正面灌输形式；建立安全阀宣泄机制；深究个性心理，发挥群体优势．实施思想政治工作以满足学生的需要为前提，使思想政治教育成为学生的主观需要。以学生的思想觉悟与创造潜能的双重提高迎接21世纪的挑战．

| Abstract: | The faults of the past ideological and politicalwork in colleges and universities is mainly because ofour purpose and reality.We propose that we shouldachieve our Purpose of ideological and political educationon the basis of our respect for personalities.The specificmothods are changing the patterns of positive irrigation;establishing a rational mecharism for the students torelease their ideological burden;fwther studying thepersonality and psychology;giving full play to group'sadvantage. |
