| 摘 要： | 农业是国民经济的基础早已成为共识 ,然而农民收入滞缓问题无疑对农业的基础性作用的发挥产生负面影响 ,为了破解农民增收的难题 ,本文分析了造成农民收入滞缓的原因 ,并着重阐述解决这一问题的四个途径。

| Abstract: | Agriculture is the base of national economy which has been the common point of people,but the stagnant increasing of peasants' income exerts a negative influence to the basic role of agriculture . In order to resolve the hard problem of increasing peasants'income , We analysized the reasons why peasants' income is stagnant and elaborated four ways of resolving this problem. |
