| 摘 要： | 针对市场机制的缺陷问题，从不同方面和不同角度进行了理论分析。为了克服市场机制的缺陷和不足，政府对市场经济的竞争应进行必要的宏观调控，也就是真正履行政府的经济职能，充分发挥政府对国民经济运行的指导、控制、协调、服务和管理职能，从而确保我国社会主义市场经济沿着健康轨道快速发展。
