| 摘 要： | 本文论述了师范生教师素质培养在师范教育工作中的重要地位及教育实习在师范生教师素质培养过程中的关键作用。在指出原有教学模式弊端的同时 ,提出师范生素质培养及教育实习方法改革的基本思路 ,特别是在强化教师基本功培训 ;扩展师范教育课堂 ;改进实习方式 ;构建师范生教育实习新模式等方面作了初步探索和研究
